COACHING

A Coach supports you to move forward openly and authentically at the pace that suits you. 

Why Coaching?

There are many reasons, including:

  • You need some supportive space to work on moving forward in your career, or make changes in your career.

  • You want to learn how to take advantage of your own strengths and skills.

  • You are not sure what to do about a major life decision, and need skilled support to assist you to reach your own decision. 

  • You want to improve your work-life balance

  • You would like to reduce your stress-levels and feel more balanced.

  • You would like to be healthier

  • You have experienced a loss and would like support in understanding your feelings and how to enable yourself to move through the grief

  • You would like support with improving mental, emotional and physical health

  • You just feel 'stuck' and would like support moving forward.

Using question focussed techniques and explorative exercises, my role is to empower you to move forward, gain deeper understanding, find clarity and make your own decisions, ultimately leading you towards a more inspired and healthy life in which you can truly flourish. 

I utilise established coaching models and am guided by the principles of IFS and Human Givens therapies.

Embrace Life’s Challenges

With an understanding of where you are now, we work together to explore what being resilient actually means and where and how to improve your resiliency, allowing you to live a happier and more fulfilling life.  My role is to facilitate your personal and sustainable growth when experiencing challenging life situations.

 

Utilising supportive tools and techniques, you should achieve and learn how to maintain a more balanced and fulfilling lifestyle, no matter what arises. Being resilient is a very personal skill that can come naturally and it can be learnt. Understanding how to develop your resiliency can positively impact friends and family and the benefits can be shared with the wider community.
