Cancellation Policy

> Please read Virtuessence Covid-19 pages for your information. Thank you > To cancel or reschedule please contact at least 48 hours in advance. Full refund on cancellation up to 48 hours in advance. > Cancellation or rescheduling between 48 - 24 hours in advance. 50% of the session cost for that session will be refunded. > Cancellation or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance of the appointment: 0% of the cost of that session will be refunded. > Please see the t&c for each of the payment plans for specific cancellation & rescheduling polices relating to each of them. > Should either the client or the therapist present with covid symptoms or be required to self-isolate for covid related reasons, the session can be rescheduled F.O.C
